"Volunteer Rising" Sculpture Unveiled         Alfonso Gagliano, left, Canada's Minister of Public Works and Government Services, joins Kofi Annan, Secretary General of the United Nations, at U.N. headquarters on Wednesday, Dec.5, 2001, to unveil a model of the sculpture "Volunteer Rising," designed by the Royal Canadian Mint and dedicated to international volunteerism.
